My Bio
Faynetta Burrle is a retired Harris County Juvenile Probation Officer and Clinical Therapist with over 23 years of service advocating for youth and families. She has worked extensively with students transitioning back into traditional school settings and believes every child deserves access to a quality public education and the resources needed to succeed.
As the parent of a 504 student, Faynetta has been a strong voice in IEP meetings, holding schools accountable to teach students in the way they learn best. She is a firm believer that when students aren’t learning the way teachers teach, teachers must teach the way students learn.
A successful business owner, Faynetta brings strong leadership in policy development and budgeting—with a proven record of never operating in the red. She understands fiscal responsibility and transparency.
As an Alvin ISD Trustee, Faynetta is committed to student success, mental health access on campuses, and meaningful parent partnerships.
